Once your order has been shipped, the responsibility for its delivery lies with the third party shipping carrier. We are not responsible for damage or loss that occurs during transit, including, but not limited to, delays or mishandling by the carrier.
Shipping Policy - the basics
All orders are processed within 5-7 business working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will not be processed until the next business day.
We are not liable for delays in shipping caused by third party carriers or unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, industrial action or other events beyond our control. In the event of a significant service disruption, we will notify customers as soon as possible.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Please allow additional days for transit, especially during peak seasons.
In the event of a lost or missing package, please contact us immediately. If your package arrives damaged, please do not refuse the delivery, instead, contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
We currently ship only to the United Kingdom. We do not ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or PO Boxes.
